For this OpenOakland Voices session, we welcomed Darlene Flynn, Director of Race & Equity for the City of Oakland, who shared her work on the city’s Equity Analysis Framework.
Darlene walked through how the framework is used to evaluate city policies and programs through a race and equity lens, followed by a Q&A and member discussion about how OpenOakland project teams might apply these same principles to their own work.
