OpenOakland’s Bylaws outline the brigade structure, leadership roles, project requirements, decision-making processes, and additional brigade policies. OpenOakland’s Steering Committee is expected to adhere to these Bylaws. However, they may be supplemented by non-binding policies and procedures documented elsewhere.
